FSU commit Malik Henry leaves IMG; attitude issues cited

Last November, the future for the Florida State Seminoles quarterback position looked a lot stronger with the commitment of five-star quarterback Malik Henry. A dual-threat quarterback standing around 6-foot-2, he fits the mold of the past Seminole quarterbacks.

However, reports have Henry leaving his high school, IMG Academy, due to issues with his attitude and maturity.

There is no doubt about the skill of Henry. He was supposed to be entering his senior year at IMG Academy as one of the top quarterback prospects in the nation. However, with his dismissal from the school, the future is slightly in question.

More than likely, Henry will find a new school for the next season and continue on to Florida State. However, if his attitude problems do not subside, his time remaining in high school, as well as in college, may be entirely different from what everyone accepted.
