Video: Baylor long snapper has deadly accuracy

The Baylor Bears don’t have to worry about their long snapper botching a snap on an important fourth down anytime in the future. Senior long snapper Jimmy Landes either has deadly accuracy or just amazingly good luck. Either way, it made for a great video.

Landes, a three-year letterman for the Bears, posted a video of him on the second level of McLane Stadium attempting a seemingly impossible long snap trick shot. He aimed for a trash can behind the goal post and, well, if he missed, I wouldn’t even be typing this story.

This video is amazingly impressive and it’s even better that Landes filmed the real-time shot from the field and where he was standing. This prevents people from saying that he faked the video at all.

This is equally as impressive as Southern Miss’s long snapper who showed off his trick shot skills a few weeks ago.

Maybe these two could get together and have a competition to see whose snaps are better. I just hope we see one of these two, or both, make an appearance on a future episode of Dude Perfect.
