Virgina Tech showcases offseason conditioning in video

Despite games no longer being played, that doesn’t mean football season is over.

After a short break following the season, football programs get right back into the swing of things with offseason conditioning. Virginia Tech, in the first year post Frank Beamer, decided to put out a video showcasing the team’s offseason workout drills.

It’s clear that first-year head coach Justin Fuente is working hard to get his players ready to get Virginia Tech back to the levels it was once at in the early 2000s.

Just check out the video for yourself if you don’t believe it.
