2016 Heisman Trophy: Top five candidates from the ACC

The field for the 2016 Heisman Trophy is loaded with talented players as we prepare for the 2016 college football season. The ACC already has two of the top players in the country, including a quarterback who finished third in the voting last year.

Two of the quarterbacks in the race are guys who can beat you with their feet, while the other is more of a traditional pocket passer.

The two running backs also seem to be polar opposites as one likes to run in between the tackles and bust out in space, while the other loves to get around the line and get into early foot races.

Let’s take a look at the top five candidates for the Heisman Trophy out of the ACC.
