Having the No. 1 jersey for the Michigan Wolverines is a pretty big deal today. Freshman wide receiver Dylan Crawford looked to be in line for the jersey, but former Wolverine Braylon Edwards is not too sold on it being a done deal.
Only six receivers have donned the No. 1 jersey since All-American Anthony Carter first did in the early 1980s.
Edwards was one of those six players and he told the Detroit News that it has not been locked down for Crawford yet.

Dylan Crawford seems to be a pretty talented player for the Wolverines going into the 2016 season. He was a four-star prospect out of California and was the 19th-ranked wide receiver in the country.
I guess we will find out what number Crawford wears when Michigan takes the field against Hawaii on September 3.
