UCLA QB Josh Rosen calls out NCAA after new uniform deal

On Tuesday, a 15-year, $280 million megadeal was announced between the UCLA Bruins and Under Armour. That led to an interesting reaction from star quarterback Josh Rosen.

After learning of the news, Rosen took to Instagram to take a little shot at the NCAA.

Rosen was basically saying that it is a bunch of malarkey that the school can benefit so much from its student-athletes while the people putting in the hard work are not compensated at all.

We’re still amateurs though,” Rosen wrote on Instagram. “Gotta love non-profits.”

Rosen has a point.

However, after head coach Jim Mora recently warned Rosen about keeping his focus on football, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the star signal-caller gets called in for a little meeting with his coach.
