Video: Jalen Ramsey returns to practice, running at Jags OTAs

A few weeks ago, Jacksonville Jaguars 2016 first-round pick Jalen Ramsey suffered a small tear in his meniscus. He looks to be healing nicely and was back at practice on Friday for the first time since having surgery.

The Jaguars posted a video of the former Florida State defensive back running at their practice facility. It looked like he had a pretty good stride and no limp, which is a very good sign for the Jaguars.

Jalen Ramsey is looking to be a huge part of a Jacksonville team that should compete for the AFC South crown.

The Jaguars have not made the playoffs since the 2007 season and have never won a championship in the AFC South. They did win the AFC Central in 1999, the same year they fell just short of winning the conference championship.

The Jags open the season on Sept. 11 against the Green Bay Packers and they hope Ramsey can make an immediate impact.
