Denzel Valentine officially signs with Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls drafted former Michigan State guard Denzel Valentine to close out the first round of the 2016 NBA Draft and it looks like they are going to have a special player over the next few years. On Sunday, the team locked him up as he signed his rookie contract.

The Bulls are preparing to play for the NBA Summer League championship against the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight and Valentine has played very well for them this summer. He has 12.3 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.

Over the last two years with the Spartans, Denzel Valentine averaged 16.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game. I think he will be just fine in the NBA.
