Georgia football: 5 things to watch in 2016

While all the talk is focused on Tennessee being the favorite to come out of the SEC East and having a shot at the College Football Playoff, the Georgia Bulldogs still believe they have a good shot at winning the conference for the first time since 2005.

This team is ready to hit the field and make some surprising moves despite starting completely over with a new coaching staff this year.

They have one of the most talented running backs in the country in Nick Chubb, who returns and looks to pick up right where he left off before his horrific knee injury nearly cost him his career. The Bulldogs also have one of the best defensive coaches in the country taking over their team as former Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart takes over at his alma mater.

There is plenty of reason to be excited for this team so let’s take a look at five things to watch for the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2016 college football season.
