Tin Roof Brewing reveals Bayou Bengal Lager

LSU fans, you can now rejoice as you are able to show your support for the Tigers with a new beer created just for the biggest fans. On Thursday, the Tin Roof Brewing Co. revealed Bayou Bengal Lager, a special beer with cans adorned in purple and gold and the Tigers’ insignia.

The company has been working on this beer for the last few months now and it has finally been released. They revealed the new lager on Thursday and announced it should hit shelves in time for the 2016 football season.

Last year, Penn State fans were given the chance to support the Nittany Lions and former head coach Joe Paterno with a beer named “409.” I don’t know how well it is selling now, especially after the most recent allegations, but it was still cool for them to have the opportunity.

With how much SEC fans love their beer and football, I would expect Bayou Bengal Lager to fly off the shelves in August.
