Video: Virginia unveils new uniforms for 2016 season

The Virginia Cavaliers are beginning a new era of football in the 2016 season as Bronco Mendenhall makes his way to the Power Five to take over the team.

With a new era comes a slightly new look, which is what the Cavaliers revealed Sunday.

The team will wear some cool updated uniforms going into the 2016 season. The new look includes white helmets with numbers on one side and the crossing sabers logo on the other.

I especially like the new orange uniform, which steps away from tradition and brings a different feel to this program. There is no telling if this is going to help the team play any better this year.

With a new quarterback and look in place, the Cavaliers take the field on Saturday, Sept. 3 against the Richmond Spiders.
