Georgetown offers ‘proposal packages’ for games

Are you somebody who happens to love Georgetown Hoyas basketball looking to propose to your significant other? Luckily, Georgetown has just the right solution to your specific predicament.

The best part? You get your money back if all hell breaks lose and your partner says no.

Obviously, you’d still have to deal with the heartbreak of being rejected in front of some 10,000 fans, but hey, at least you got your money back, right?

Hopefully, your proposal would fare a lot better than Georgetown’s basketball program as of late.

The Hoyas have fallen on tough times under the lead of head coach John Thompson III the last few seasons, with their furthest delve into the post-season being the NCAA Tournament’s Round of 32.

Georgetown didn’t make the post-season for the 2015-2016 college basketball season and their recruiting classes the past two years don’t look like they’ll be helping out with that, with 3-star level recruits.

Thompson III and his team tip their season off vs. the University of South Carolina Upstate Spartans on Nov. 12 in the nation’s capital.
