4-Star SG Josh Anderson commits to Western Kentucky

The Western Kentucky basketball program continues to make major waves in recruiting circles. Late Tuesday night, the Hilltoppers secured their second blue chip recruit with four-star shooting guard Josh Anderson announcing his commitment to the team.

The news was passed along by Anderson’s high school coach.

This is a major get for Rick Stansbury’s program, which previously received a commitment from five-star center Mitchell Robinson, the No. 1 rated big man in the country.

If Anderson can live up to his potential with a player like Robinson in the paint, not only could Western Kentucky have wild success, but it could set up great opportunities for the players in the future.

It looks like we won’t be able to sleep on Western Kentucky when they hit the court for the 2016-17 college basketball season.
