The Alabama Crimson Tide dominated the Kent State Golden Flashes today, but they could have taken a big hit in the first quarter. Running back Damien Harris went down with a nasty looking injury and he did not return at all after being carted off.
Harris got hit on a run and came up limping and not able to put any pressure on his left ankle. He got taken back to the locker room and did not return to the game.
Damien Harris had to be helped off the field. Favoring his right ankle/leg.

It was later reported that Harris is suffering from an ankle sprain. He is currently considered “day-to-day” so the team will have to monitor him going forward.
Harris has recorded 327 yards and a touchdown on 36 carries this year. The Crimson Tide face off against the Kentucky Wildcats next Saturday.
