Texas Longhorns star running back D’Onta Foreman has picked up a national honor for his standout performance in Week 10 of the 2016 college football season against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
On Tuesday, it was announced that Foreman has been named The Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award National Player of the Week.
It is the second straight week Foreman was earned the award.
Foreman recorded 341 rushing yards – the third most in school history – and three touchdowns against Texas Tech. Foreman now has more than 100 yards rushing in ten consecutive games, one short of Earl Campbell’s all-time record for most consecutive 100-yard performances.
