Ex-Alabama QB Blake Barnett visits Washington State

Former Alabama quarterback Blake Barnett is continuing his search for a new home to resume his college football career. After losing the starting job to Jalen Hurts, Barnett announced he would be transferring out of the program.

Now, according to 247Sports, Barnett will be visiting Washington State over the weekend.

Sources close to the recruitment of former Alabama quarterback Blake Barnett informs DuckTerritory he will be visiting Washington State this weekend.

The visit is an official visit for Barnett.

Barnett previously visited Arizona State.

Before transferring from Alabama, Barnett threw for 219 yards and two touchdowns in three games.

Barnett will be in attendance Washington State’s Apple Cup clash with the Washington Huskies on Friday night. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
