AP Top 25 College Basketball Rankings – Week 6

The 2016-17 college basketball season is officially in full swing and the Associated Press has released the latest AP Top 25 poll for Week 6.

For the second straight week, defending national champion Villanova remains in the No. 1 spot, with no changes impacting the top 11. The biggest fall comes from Saint Mary’s which fell from No. 12 to No. 20 after its first loss of the year.

Two previously unranked teams, Florida State and USC, enter the top 25 at No. 23 and No. 24, respectively.
