Dallas Cowboys RB Ezekiel Elliott involved in minor car crash

Dallas Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a minor car accident near the team’s practice facility on Wednesday morning, according to reports.

TMZ Sports initially reported the news, with confirmation and comments from the Frisco Police Department.

The reports state Elliott was driving a “huge black GMC truck” which rear-ended another vehicle.

The good news is there were no reported injuries.

“Ezekiel Elliott was involved in a minor vehicle crash this morning in the area of Dallas Parkway and Gaylord Parkway,” the Frisco Police Department told TMZ. “There were no injuries sustained as a result of the minor crash.”

From the report:

Cops and Cowboys security responded to the scene. We’re told Zeke “looked frustrated” but was “extremely nice and polite” to everyone who stopped to check in on him.

The Cowboys can breathe a sigh of relief that there were no injuries, with their Divisional Round Playoff game against the Green Bay Packers.

Kickoff between Dallas and Green Bay at AT&T Stadium in Arlington is set for 4:40 p.m. ET on FOX.
