Four-star WR Tyjon Lindsey decommits from Ohio State

On Wednesday morning, four-star wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey announced he has decommitted from Ohio State.

Lindsey, a standout at Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, holds offers from a number of Power 5 programs, so while he will not be joining the Buckeyes, he will still likely end up with another premier program.

“I would like to announce that I have OFFICIALLY opened my recruiting process back up,” Lindsey wrote in a brief statement on Twitter.

Lindsey, the No. 1 player in the state of Nevada and the No. 6-ranked receiver prospect in the nation, also holds offers from  Alabama, Michigan, Nebraska, Notre Dame, USC, and many others.

According to the 247 Sports projections, Lindsey is beginning to warm on Nebraska and was the second-most likely destination behind Ohio State.
