New Los Angeles Chargers logo unveiled

On Thursday, the Chargers made their move to Los Angeles official.
Los Angeles Chargers president and CEO confirmed the team’s relocation from San Diego with a letter to the fans on social media. The team also unveiled its new logo (pictured above).
“San Diego has been our home for 56 years. It will always be part of our identity, and my family and I have nothing but gratitutde and appreciation for the support and passion our fans have shared with us over the years,” Spanos wrote.
“But today, we turn the page and begin an exciting new era as the Los Angeles Chargers.”

The Los Angeles Chargers will play their home games at the 27,000-seat StubHub Center — home of the MLS’ Los Angeles Galaxy — for the next two years.
It will be the smallest home stadium in the NFL.
