Former UMass Signee Antione Webster Turns Himself In On Murder Charge

Antione Webster, a former three-star signee for the UMass football program in 2016 and the brother of Denver Broncos defensive back Kayvon Webster, has turned himself into police, according to NBC Miami.
Webster was wanted for the shooting death of Jerald Griffin in Miami on Jan. 18. Webster has since been arrested for second-degree murder.
Griffin had been shot and was found at an intersection. He was rushed to the hospital, but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
No motive for the shooting has been announced.
Despite signing with UMass on National Signing Day in 2016, Webster never enrolled at the university.
