Ex-QB Collin Klein Returns To Kansas State As Assistant Coach

A familiar face is returning to Kansas State.
According to a report from ESPN.com on Sunday morning, former Wildcats quarterback Collin Klein is set to replace longtime assistant coach Del Miller on Bill Synder’s staff.
Two years after finishing in third-place in Heisman voting, Klein spent some time on the Kansas State staff as assistant director of recruiting, a defensive quality-control coach and graduate assistant.
Last season, Klein was quarterbacks coach at Northern Iowa.
If Klein can be as successful in his coaching role as he was under center for the Wildcats, the Kansas State football fans are going to be in for a treat.
