LSU is down a quarterback.
On Monday, veteran signal-caller Brandon Harris announced he will be moving on from the program to take his talents elsewhere. According to Harris, Orgeron and LSU gave him a full release.
As a graduate transfer, Harris will be eligible to suit up immediately regardless of where he lands.
“After consulting with Coach O and family, I’ve decided the best decision for me and my future is to transfer away from LSU. Coach O has given me a FULL release,” Harris wrote in a statement on social media.
“I look forward to finishing school and graduating and finding the best place to further my education & playing career next season.”
Harris finishes his time at LSU with 3,126 total yards and 27 touchdowns.
