Clemson Associate AD Bert Henderson Missing Since Monday

A search is underway to locate Bert Henderson.
According to a report from FOXCaroina.com, the Clemson associate athletic director did not report to work on Monday and officials were unable to get in contact witlh him.
Since then, sheriff’s deputies have been searching for Henderson in the area around his home.
Sheriff Chad McBride says teams have gridded off properties around the area to refine their search. Henderson’s home is located in a rural area of South Carolina.
Henderson has been a part of the Clemson community since he first started as an athletic trainer in 1978.
On Tuesday, the university released a statement regarding Henderson’s disappearance.

Bert Henderson did not come to work on Monday morning, and after trying unsuccessful to reach him by phone, members of the IPTAY staff contacted a family friend. When they could not locate Bert, law enforcement officials were notified. At this time we have no further update, and will pass any new information along as it is received.
We ask anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to contact their local law enforcement agency.
