EMU Basketball To Wear Special Autism Awareness Uniforms

The Eastern Michigan basketball program will wear some special uniforms for Senior Day — Friday, March 3.
This week, the program announced it will be wearing Autism Awareness uniforms for the game against Toledo at Convocation Center. To make the occasion even more special, the university will auction off some of the uniforms for charity.
Proceeds will be donated to the Autism Collaborative Center (ACC) on campus.
Here is more on the uniforms from the school’s official website:

These special uniforms are designed with individual puzzle pieces that reflect the complexity of the Autism Spectrum and have been used nationally to support services and early intervention.  In addition, all uniforms will include the Autism Awareness Ribbon, the most enduring and recognized symbol of the autism community that represents diversity, inclusion, and acceptance.

To bid on the uniforms, you simply have to click here.
The numbers 0, 1, 2, 10, 15, 32, and 40 will be up for auction, while you can go ahead and purchase numbers 3, 4, 5, 12, 20, 21, 23, and 35 for $250.
