UFC legend Anderson Silva will return to action against Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 212 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil this summer.
Kelvin Gastelum aimed high with a recent post-fight call out, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship has given him his wish.
After knocking out Brazilian legend Vitor Belfort in Fortaleza, Gastelum called out former middleweight king Anderson Silva, one of the greatest mixed martial artists to ever grace the Octagon.
On Tuesday, Combate’s Ana Hissa reported Silva vs. Gastelum was set for an upcoming pay-per-view and the UFC confirmed the news shortly after.
Anderson Silva vs. Kelvin Gastelum is now set for UFC 212, a pay-per-view which will take place on June 3 in Rio de Janeiro.
So, for the second straight time, Gastelum will be going into enemy territory with the goal of knocking off a legend.

While Gastelum delivered an emphatic and convincing first-round TKO win over Belfort, Silva is coming off of a controversial decision win over Derek Brunson at February’s UFC 208 in Brooklyn.
Gastelum is currently riding a three-fight winning streak, including two straight at middleweight following weight-cutting issues at 170-pounds.
UFC 212 is headlined by a featherweight unification bout between champion Jose Aldo and interim title holder Max Holloway.
