College Basketball Betting Odds: Kentucky Favored To Win 2018 National Championship

The 2017 college basketball season came to an end on Monday night, but that hasn’t stopped Las Vegas oddsmakers from looking ahead to next year. And luckily for the Kentucky basketball program, there are some high hopes from the insiders.

On Tuesday, VegasInsiders.com released its betting odds for the 2018 national championship and gave the Wildcats the early advantage.

Kentucky was given 10-to-1 odds as the favorites, while Duke, Gonzaga, Kansas, Louisville, Villanova and reigning national champion North Carolina all received 12-to-1 odds.
