Arizona Basketball: Rawle Alkins Declares For Draft Without Agent

Arizona basketball star Rawle Alkins is preparing to take his talents to the next level.
On Wednesday, Alkins took to Twitter to release a statement announcing he will be declaring for the 2017 NBA Draft. However, Alkins will not be hiring an agent so his college eligibility will remain intact.
“I put my entire heart and soul into this sport and feel like I can compete with the best,” Alkins wrote in a statement.
“I want to be sure that I am making the right decision, so after much thought and consideration, I have decided to declare for the 2017 NBA Draft without signing an agent.”

During his lone season with the Wildcats, Alkins averaged 10.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.
He joins fellow freshman sensation Lauri Markkanen as an early entree Wildcat.
