Louisville’s Kyle Bolin Set To Pursue Grad Transfer; Four Teams Interested

Louisville backup quarterback Kyle Bolin is set to transfer from the Cardinals.

Bolin confirmed that he will be moving on from the Louisville program after earning his degree and graduating next month. As a grad transfer, Bolin will be eligible to play immediately and it appears plenty of teams are lining up to be potential suitors.

The former four-star recruit announced his transfer decision on social media.

It didn’t take long after announcing his decision to receive an offer, with Northern Illinois immediately jumping into the mix.

According to NBC’s College Football Talk, a trio of other teams are interested, including one from a Power 5 program. Those three schools are Texas, Cincinnati and Western Michigan.

Bolin has starting experience at Louisville, earning five starts before ultimately losing the job to reigning Heisman winner Lamar Jackson. We will keep you updated with any information whenever Bolin finds his next home.
