Kentucky Basketball: Bam Adebayo To Remain In 2017 NBA Draft

The Kentucky basketball program has lost another underclassman.
After initially announcing he would test the NBA Draft waters but kept returning to school as an option, freshman forward Bam Adebayo is reportedly set to hire an agent in remain in the 2017 draft pool.
The report comes from Jon Rothstein of FanRag Sports.
During his lone season with the Wildcats, Adebayo averaged 13 points and eight rebounds per game.


Adebayo joins fellow underclassmen Malik Monk, De’Aaron Fox, Isaac Humphries, and Isaiah Briscoe to leave John Calipari’s program for the NBA.
Another underclassman, freshman Hamidou Diallo, is currently testing the draft waters but has not hired an agent. Diallo’s decision came as a surprise, considering he never saw the floor for the Wildcats.
The 2017 NBA Draft takes place Thursday, June 22.
