Canelo Alvarez vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. Live Stream, Fight Card, Start Time & More

Mexicos biggest boxing stars will step into the ring on Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for a Cinco de Mayo weekend showdown as Canelo Alvarez and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. go toe-to-toe.

Alvarez, the current WBO junior middleweight champion, is jumping up a weight class for the meeting with the former WBC middleweight title holder in Chavez.

The fight will take place at a catchweight of 165-pounds.

If Chavez Jr. wins, his contract holds a rematch clause which would force the two men to face off again. However, if Canelo comes away victorious, boxing fans could finally see a showdown with Gennady Golovkin later this year.
