Florida Football: Antonio Callaway Cited For Marijuana Possession

Florida football star Antonio Callaway was reportedly cited for marijuana possession over the weekend.

Matt Baker of the Tampa Bay Times obtained court documents that details Callaway’s run-in with the law which all started with a seat belt violation. After being stopped, police officers discovered marijuana in Callaway’s pants and vehicle.

Police reportedly smelled marijuana after making the stop and discovered 12.4 grams in the car — seven grams in Callaway’s pants and 5.4 grams in the car.

A passenger in the vehicle, Kendrick Williams, also claimed ownership of the drugs.

Callaway previously admitted to marijuana use during a Title IX investigation back in 2015 which he was ultimately cleared in.

Throughout his two years at Florida, Callaway has recorded 89 catches for 1,399 yards and seven touchdowns.
