Malik Zaire is set to graduate from Notre Dame this weekend, but it looks like his transfer decision is going to be delayed.
It was initially believed that Zaire would be announcing his next college football home this weekend after receiving his diploma, but now Orange Bloods’ Anwar Richardson is reporting the Fighting Irish transfer is pushing back his decision date.
Not only is Zaire delaying his decision, but he is now down to two schools.
According to Richardson, the Texas Longhorns are one of Zaire’s finalists, while many believe Florida is the other.
Was told Malik Zaire could postpone his announcement & enjoy graduation. He's only considering two schools now. Texas is a finalist. pic.twitter.com/WOWmd3noRJ

Zaire doesn't plan to announce his decision until after the SEC spring meetings. https://t.co/ur8AZol7Sc

Zaire had also considered Harvard and Wisconsin while making his decision, but they now appear to be out of the running.
