East Tennessee State baseball player Aaron Maher has one of the best handshake routines you will see in college baseball this year.

After every run, Maher and the team’s bat boy, the son of head coach Tony Skole, go through an amazing routine they developed which ends with Maher launching Skole’s son into the air with a pose.
