It was an eventful night for rap trio Migos at the 2017 BET Awards.
Before going on to be honored as Best Group during the awards, the Atlanta-based group was nearly involved in an altercation with Joe Budden during an interview with Complex’s Everyday Struggle.
Budden decided to create some drama when he was ready for the interview to wrap up, simply dropping his mic and walking off of the set. The disrespect didn’t go over well.
That’s when Migos immediately dropped their own mics, got out of their seats and squared up on Budden before security was able to step in. The incident all began after host DJ Akademiks asked Takeoff about his lack of a feature on the hit “Bad and Boujee.”
Video of the altercation can be seen below:

Later following the show, Migos were once again involved in a mix up outside of the venue in the parking garage. There are conflicting reports over whether Migos were involved in a scuffle with Chris Brown or if Budden was once again in the mix.
Regardless of what happened, video surfaced of the aftermath.

What did we learn from all of this? Don’t mess with Migos, because they won’t back down.
