Florida Football: Jake Fruhmorgen Quits Team Just Four Days After Joining

Just four days after officially becoming a member of the Florida football team, Clemson Tigers transfer Jake Fruhmorgen has reportedly quit the sport.
The offensive lineman was set to redshirt in 2017 after transferring from the reigning national champions.
Scout‘s Bob Redman was first to report Fruhmorgen’s decision to step away from football, indicating many close to him believe he does not have plans of suiting up again.
No exact reason for Fruhmorgen’s decision was given.

The exact reasons for Jake Fruhmorgen to quit football have not been collected yet, but a few sources have indicated that he will no longer play the sport.

Fruhmorgen was announced as an official member of the team earlier this week along with Notre Dame quarterback transfer Malik Zaire, who is eligible to play immediately.
It was believed that Fruhmorgen would be competing for a starting job in 2018 when he was eligible to return to the field, but now we’ll just have to see if he ever plays the sport again.
