Zion Williamson Wastes No Time Turning In Highlight Reel Slams In First Game

It’s no wonder every team in the country is in on the Zion Williamson sweepstakes.
The 6-foot-6 small forward is the second ranked prospect in the country, and making a push to be first. After his first game of the season at Spartanburg Day School in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Williamson turned several plays that could end up on his highlight reel.
He showed an ability to finish with a flourish in the open court, and impressive ball-handling skills. Some of these poor kids are so undersized compared to his massive frame, they didn’t stand a chance.

Williamson currently holds offers from every major basketball program in the country. Duke, North Carolina, Kentucky, Kansas, Clemson, Florida, and just about any other school you can think of has already offered him a scholarship. He’s already gone on a number of visits, and according to 247Sports, he is leaning towards signing with Kentucky.
That likely hints at a desire to play only one season in college before declaring for the NBA Draft.
With his body and athleticism, one year of college coaching might be all that he needs to become a viable NBA player.
