Dan Snyder has followed through on his fair share of questionable ideas, with varying degrees of success. Thus, with a new stadium for his NFL team in the works, we may see a few more come to life.
While Washington won’t be moving for another 10 years, Snyder and co. are scouting possible future locations, and working with an architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group, a Danish company that has never designed a sports stadium – but they did design Goggle’s HQ. That may be viewed as questionable by some.
However BIG’s off-the-wall idea to put a moat around the proposed stadium seems awesome.

According to the team’s official website, the moat can be used “for kayakers, along with parks and bridges for tailgaters and fans.” But knowing what I know about the tailgating scene, an easily accessible body of water may turn from best idea ever to worst idea ever.
Still, if any owner is going to pave the way on this one, it’s Dan Snyder.
