Former UCLA commit Kobe Paras will play for Creighton Bluejays

This past weekend, former UCLA Bruins commit Kobe Paras announced that he would now be joining the college basketball roster of the Creighton Bluejays instead.

Paras, a 6-foot-6 Philippines native and son of well-known basketball star Benjie Paras, was originally signed with UCLA straight out of high school. He never completed enrollment to the school due to an issue with academics.

The shooter guard is not the only recent addition to the Bluejays team, though. The program will soon host Kansas State transfer Marcus Foster, who made a big impact in the Big-12.

They will also have redshirt freshman and former top 50 recruit Justin Patton on the roster this season. With these new faces and the returning talent the team has from last year, the Bluejays may find themselves with one of the top rosters this season.

Barring any potential issues, we should expect to see Paras on the court along with fellow freshman Davion Mintz this fall.
