Muhammad Ali Memorial Service: 15,000 tickets sold out in 65 minutes

Later this week, the world will come together to pay its final respects to boxing legend Muhammad Ali, who died of septic shock last week, before he is laid to rest in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky.

Ali will be remembered at a memorial service on Friday at the KFC Yum! Center.

15,000 tickets were made available for the event and, according to a report from ESPN.com, the tickets to Ali’s memorial service were sold out in just over an hour — 65 minutes to be exact.

Friday’s service is going to be something special.

RIP, Muhammad Ali.
