Photo: LSU’s Fournette loves student’s painting of he and his daughter

It’s no secret that LSU running back Leonard Fournette is one of the most beloved players in Baton Rouge. He will likely be nominated for the prestigious Heisman award after the killer season he had last year with the Tigers, and is already one of the best running backs in school history.

The running back had an astounding 22 touchdowns and 1,953 yards on the season last year.

One LSU student recently showed his admiration for Fournette in a very unique way. The student crafted an adorable painting of the star football player with his young daughter, Lyric. The artwork was showcased this Monday by WAFB Sports’ Jacques Doucet via twitter. The student was also able to snap a quick photo with Fournette and the painting.

According to Doucet, Leonard was apparently thrilled with the artist’s creation.

The heartfelt painting by the fan certainly provides an interesting perspective of the football player, showcasing his personal life off of the turf.
