The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the oldest, most storied franchises in the NFL. Throughout the team’s history, the Steelers have made eight Super Bowl appearances, winning six for the most in NFL history.
Since coming into existence in 1933, the Steelers have fielded some of the most talented players in the history of the football. They were one of the more dominant defensive teams in the 1970’s and are one of the best teams at putting players into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
