Video: Justise Winslow dominates in summer league game

Shooting guard Justise Winslow was drafted tenth overall in the 2015 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat out of Duke. During his rookie season, he showed some promise for the team and during the team’s summer league game against the Los Angeles Clipper on Saturday, he showed he can be a huge piece of their team going forward.

In the game, Winslow scored 21 points while grabbing a rebound and dishing out four assists. He certainly showed that he is ready to take over for the team after they lost Luol Deng and Joe Johnson in free agency.

Here are highlights of that game:

Justise Winslow had a great year for the Heat last year averaging 6.4 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game. Those numbers will likely help him land a starting job going into the 2016-17 season.

I think Heat fans will certainly be happy with that this year.
