Video: Philip Rivers delivers inspiring speech to NC State

When his playing days come to an end, San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers could have a future in coaching.

In anticipation of the North Carolina State Wolfpack spring game this weekend, Rivers visited his alma mater and delivered an enthusiastic, inspiring speech to the current team.

Rivers was as fired up as always as his passion for the game really shined through.

Rivers finished his career with the Wolfpack with 13,484 passing yards, 95 touchdowns and 34 interceptions.

After his time at North Carolina State, Rivers went on to be selected No. 4 overall in the 2004 NFL Draft before being traded to the San Diego Chargers in exchange for Eli Manning.
