Xavier star Trevon Bluiett returning for junior season

The Xavier Musketeers fell just shy of getting to the Sweet Sixteen in the 2016 NCAA Tournament earlier this year and they are looking to be even better in the 2016-17 season. They will get one of their best players back at forward Trevon Bluiett will return for his junior season.

Bluiett has been one of the best players for the Musketeers the last two years and this year should be no different. His decision to pull out of the NBA Draft and return comes after he did not receive an invite to the NBA Combine two weeks ago.

During his sophomore season, Trevon Bluiett, one of the best combo forwards in the country, averaged 15.1 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.

With Bluiett and point guard Edmond Sumner returning, the Musketeers could be one of the teams to watch going into the 2016-17 season.
