Jim Harbaugh is looking to turn the Michigan Wolverines football program back around, and he is the right man for the job. He is one of the best coaches in the game, and is a players coach. If there is any coach that can bring in top-notch recruits, motivate his players and out-coach opponents it is him.

Michigan has been in a downward swing for the past few years, and they haven’t shown any signs of life. Bringing in an energetic head coach that used to be a star for the Wolverines was a very wise decision, and he is already setting high expectations for his team. There is no question that the Wolverines have a lot of talent on paper, but they have to put things together on-the-field if they want to take the next step in the Big Ten this season.

In addition to being a great head coach, Harbaugh is showing an ability to make major changes to the uniforms. He has requested and been granted new all-white road uniforms for the 2015 season, and they look very good.
