Jim Mora Jr. goes off about UCLA’s upcoming schedule

The UCLA Bruins have a pretty rough schedule over the next few weeks. After an embarrassing upset loss to the Arizona State Sun Devils, the team has a bye week.

The team will then play two straight Thursday night games at Stanford and then at home against Cal. According to College Spun, UCLA head coach Jim Mora isn’t too happy with the way their schedule looks.

Mora: "It's unbelievable we're calling these kids student-athletes and yet we force them to miss six days of school."

Mora's Thursday night game rant came unprompted, following a question about injuries and the "emotions" of the team.

The season isn’t going to get any easier for the Bruins as the conference play heats up over the next month. This is what the Bruins are going to have to endure if they want to get back into the discussion for the College Football Playoff.
