Jim Harbaugh took players to Cracker Barrel while in Maryland

The Michigan Wolverines are looking pretty good right now. The team has won four straight games since their season-opening loss to Utah and they have pitched two straight shutouts.

After a big win over the Maryland Terrapins in their Big Ten conference opener, head coach Jim Harbaugh decided to treat his players to a good meal. Where do you take your players after a 28-0 shutout victory? To the head coach’s favorite restaurant of course.

According to CBS Sports, Harbaugh took the entire Wolverine team to Cracker Barrel following their win on Saturday. Harbaugh has been known to frequent the southern cooking restaurant quite often.

“You cannot beat the bacon,” Harbaugh said during an interview with the Mercury News in February. “Breakfast is outstanding at the Cracker Barrel.”

He wanted to make sure that his players got the chance to experience the restaurant before going back to Ann Arbor. Unbelievably, some of his players had never eaten at the restaurant.

Thanks to the wonderful staff at the BWI @CrackerBarrel for feeding our team. A+ Meal & Hospitality. Good times! pic.twitter.com/D816SU83aT

I can almost bet that this isn’t the first time Harbaugh has taken his team to a Cracker Barrel. If the Wolverines keep playing the way they are, it won’t be the last either.
