Two weeks ago, UCLA star linebacker Myles Jack went down with a season-ending knee injury. It was certainly a big blow to the Bruins and they have been struggling to find a replacement for him since the injury.
A big administrator for the Bruins’ biggest rival, USC, put away the rivalry to give Jack a rather classy gesture.
USC athletic director Pat Haden sent Jack a get-well letter on Monday.
What a nice thing for Haden to do. There is no guarantee when or if Jack will even return to UCLA. Being a junior, Jack is eligible for the NFL Draft after this season.
Many believe that Jack will forgo his final season to head to the draft.
No matter what happens, Jack will certainly remember that Haden is a class act.
