LSU/South Carolina game to air on ESPN

The LSU/South Carolina game has been thrown around the last few days, but everything seems to have been settled now. After the game was rumored to be played in either Jacksonville, Florida or Charlotte, North Carolina, we know that it will be played in Baton Rouge at 3:30 Eastern time.

The game was originally scheduled to take place on ESPN at noon, immediately following College Gameday. Despite the game being moved back by three and a half hours, it will still air on ESPN as confirmed by LSU’s official Twitter account Thursday morning.

Saturday's 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff will air on ESPN.

The Minnesota/Purdue game was originally scheduled to air on ESPN in that timeslot. It will likely be moved to another ESPN channel or just made to be a game exclusively on the WatchESPN app.
